Delivery Information

Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am - 2pm AEST and can take up to 1-2 business days to process before being shipped.

Most standard delivery customers receive their order within 3 business days, but you should allow up to 5 business days for your goods to arrive. We recommend customers in regional areas, Western Australia and South Australia allow up to 7 business days.

Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has dispatched.

In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our team.

Australia Standard - signature required :    $11.95

        • Our warehouse is closed on public holidays in Melbourne, Australia. For orders placed on, or the day before one of these dates, delivery time will be extended by 1 - 2 working days. During sale periods, orders may take an extra 2-4 business days to process.
